From Bogotá to Canada, from building software to advising on AI
Coldesoft started in Colombia building custom software for public institutions and private companies. Today, based in Canada, we help businesses and entrepreneurs in Colombia and Canada decide which technology to adopt, where artificial intelligence adds real value and how to turn an idea into a working product.
Our story
Our founder starts building custom software for companies in Colombia.
COLDESOFT SAS is incorporated in Bogotá to build and run web platforms.
We start working with companies in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
We bring that experience together with AI to advise businesses and entrepreneurs in both countries.
Our founder
Johnathan Arroyo
Systems engineer with a specialization in information security and almost 20 years building software: from requirements analysis to launch, server and database administration, and supporting the teams who use each platform.
He has led platforms for public institutions in Colombia and, since 2020, has worked with Canadian companies on full stack development, integrations and cloud infrastructure.

Coupons and discounts from Latino businesses in Canada, with memberships, a QR code per business and a partner portal.

Inventory and sales for farm supply stores: stock by kilos and bags, purchase orders, quotes, credit and audits.

Virtual Learning Space (EVA), which passed 3 million visits in 2018, and the social network for public servants.
Bogotá District Civil Service
Platform for the Institutional Training Plan used by 53 district agencies.
IGAC and ESAP
Moodle e-learning platforms and online registration, including their servers and databases.
Collections and legal assistance
A debt recovery platform used nationwide and an app that assigns lawyers to car accidents in real time.
E-commerce
A platform built from scratch to manage several online stores, with Next.js, React, MongoDB and AWS.

Problem first
We start from a specific process in your business, or from your idea if you are just starting out, and measure whether AI improves it. If you don't need AI, we'll tell you.
