What we collect
- What you send us by WhatsApp or email: name, company, phone, email and the content of your message.
- Home page assessment: your answers are scored in your browser and only reach us if you choose to send them by WhatsApp.
- Meta cookies (Pixel), only if you accept them: pages visited, clicks on contact buttons and technical data about your device and browser.
- Server logs (IP address, browser, date) for security and operation.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare proposals.
- To measure visits and improve our ads on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Meta Pixel).
- Google, because your browser downloads the site font from Google Fonts.
- Our web hosting provider.
- Amazon, if you follow a store link; from then on, Amazon's privacy policy applies.
These providers may process data outside your country (for example in the United States, Canada or Colombia).
How long we keep it
For as long as there is a business relationship or a legitimate reason to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25 and Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012. Write to info@coldesoft.com and we will reply within the legal time limits.
